Cancellation Policy: You may send a substitute or cancel your registration if your cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the class. If you comply with this policy, you will receive a full credit towards a future class.
Information Services Associates, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any classes that do not meet the minimum attendance requirement of two individuals. If classes are canceled, you will receive notice at least three (3) business days prior to the class.
